First: Make sure the watch is available by simply e-mailing or telephoning us with the name of the watch you want, the price and the reference number (in parentheses after the watch description). An example: Omega (Ref# Omg-01). Or, even easier, simply fill out an order form.

Second: After receiving confirmation of a watch's availability, please e-mail, phone or fax with your firm commitment to buy. The watch will be placed on hold within a few hours with your initials next to it. If two purchase commitments arrive on the same watch within a short period, the earlier of the two claims the watch. Each order is allowed a three-day approval period after delivery during which the watch may be returned. After three days, the watch is considered sold and may not be returned for refund.

Third: If paying by check, mail the check made out to Woody's Watches to PO BOX 465543 Lawrenceville, GA. 30042. If we do not receive funds within seven days, the watch will be removed from hold and we'll try to contact you.

If paying by credit card, please fax Woody's the following information:

1. Your order - including reference number and price.
   
2. Your credit card number.
   
3. Expiration date.
   
4. Total amount of charge (watches plus shipping and handling).
   
5. Your signature
   
6. Shipping address
   
7. Telephone number
   

We'll complete your order within 24 hours. If you don't hear from us within 24 hours, either e-mail or telephone us again.
