Language and grading measurements used to describe Woody's watches are accurate to the best of our ability. Percentage evaluations are consistent relative to all other pieces offered by Woody's Watches. Overall standards are equal with or above those prescribed by the National Association of Watch and Clock Collectors.
For a refund, return any watch in the same condition in which it was shipped, postmarked within three days of receipt. Please insure packages for purchase value. Money will not be refunded on uninsured watches damaged when returned. Please e-mail or fax us of your intentions before returning a watch so we know to expect it. These terms are consistent with the guidelines set by the N.A.W.C.C.
We will ship immediately upon receipt of certified funds. Orders paid with personal checks may be held up to two weeks at our option. Also, please include $7 to defer the cost of insured US Mail or UPS service. Overseas orders are handled individually and payment must be made in US currency.
Credit Card Purchases - We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Credit card orders must be confirmed by fax or phone. We encourage you not to send credit card numbers via the internet.
